Managing multiple social media with same messaging or differentiated messaging for focus target Gr. often becomes very daunting tedious task – leading to confusion and slip out.

T here are multiple ways how you can manage your social media, either by self or through your agency but the key to success is: how you are able to optimize and make the best use of various media and tools.Important to note, social media is actually not a tool but social-i.e. people behavior in the evolving times. However, to influence it – we need to use one or other tools or sometimes a multitude of tools in tandem to get results. Every tool has its own behavioral pattern, traction and accordingly attracts the certain class of people.

For e.g. Facebook users not frequently go to LinkedIn. So, we need to understand our core product, service and match with customers behaviors and accordingly mix media. Again tool also depends on the type of messaging sued to reach an audience. For e.g. a short message with infographics and link to AV can be best suited for Twitter. But one difficult task is: how to manage all of them sometime – same messages going across channels and then most importantly tracking the analytics, and then engaging online with them over a contest, game, offer or something that glues our audience.

People like talking to people and not with product or Co. so what they like is: fast, crisp and entertaining quotient in any message or post as we call, so comes increasing acceptance of audio video clip and then they wish to voice out – therefore the option of likes and comment. These are some basic of social media. Content here has to be real fast, catchy and then it should roll on – to create crowd sharing snowball content effect. My content is becoming your content and that is what culminates to our content.
